Poole Park Railway

The Friends of Poole Park are delighted to have been awarded the Poole Park Miniature Railway concession to operate the train and it’s associated facilities for a further 30 years.  This fantastic result was the culmination of much effort from the Friends committee and supporters, through a robust tendering process.

Established in 1949, the Poole Park (Miniature) Railway has entertained generations of local residents and tourists alike and we are looking forward to bringing back this much loved attraction for future generations to enjoy.

The new Poole Park Railway opened on Saturday 22nd July 2017 at 10:00 with free rides until 12:00 for the early birds who came to help us celebrate.  Please click here for more information on our launch.
